i don't like homework and assignments. all but french ones cause they're fun to do. there is so much to be done i don't even know where to start. it's fucking ridiculous. in other words, i don't like school.

i quite enjoy the new season of survivor. i like that tribe that's been winning. the new tribe names are long and unnecessary. i especially like james the gravedigger, although it's obvious he won't make it far. the air steward dude is also nice to watch. but nothing beats ozzy, half man-part monkey-part fish ozzy.

i've been using hari raya as a "benchmark" for so many things- join floorball recreational after raya, find a part time job after raya, meet my friends after raya, buy school clothes after raya. i know myself well enough to admit that half these things won't happen. raya's just another excuse.

trying to find shit to elongate my 104 abstract now while waiting for identity/brothers&sisters/that 70's show to start. even this is difficult to do.

Musical based on Greek mythology marks Innova JC’s official opening

Channel NewsAsia - Sunday, September 23

SINGAPORE: The newest junior college in Singapore celebrated its official opening recently with a musical.

Students of Innova JC shared the highlights in a clip that was submitted for MediaCorp News’ Roving DV competition, where students shoot, edit, script and narrate a news clip involving their school.

Student reporters, Marvin Tang and Kong Jeng Huey, reported live at the musical performance that was put up by Innova students.

The musical was largely inspired by Greek mythology as the ancient Greece had significant accomplishments in producing thinkers, pioneering the study of science, developing the model of democracy, as well as cultivating the love of finer things like culture and literature.

During her opening address, Principal Yeo Hong Mui officially announced the new status of Innova Junior College as the Centre of Excellence for New Media and New Media Arts.

Innova JC’s school song was penned by celebrated songwriter and performer Dick Lee, with added lyrics by Madam Citra.

More information on Roving DV 2007 is available on this website.

The closing date of the competition is 31 October.
